Fear; Your Worst Enemy

I walk up and down the streets, in and out the market place and see countless people each day. I notice a common agitating human emotion which bring chaos to the mind called "FEAR". Thus, this phobic emotion imprisons people within themselves. The prison which keeps away one's individuality.

Fear is more than a simple mental state. Its affects both the body and the chemical balance of the brain. When fear is being buried in you, you tend to be anxious, furious and extremely stressed. The most profound example of fear is anger and hatred.

In most cases, people show fear by withdrawing or cringing so as to avoid mistakes. But, "a life lived making mistakes is better than a life lived trying nothing". A fearful mind is a weak mind alleged to be easily influenced by criticisms and judgements to such point that it retreats within itself, even when the door to an opportunity is ajar.

These same people locked away within them are sometimes the same people judging and underestimating the few individuals who aren't scared to show the world what it's like to be brave and freed.

How is this anxietic feeling your worst enemy? Its obviously pulls you down or changes your thought towards something, making it seem difficult. And this will restrain you from accomplishing your short or long term goals.

Isn't that your worse enemy's projected plan? Yes, it is.

Fearful people have captured minds which doesn't make them think outside the box. They tend to alter their own thinking to fit the wants of others. They seem not to be able to handle what others has to say to them.

Can you overcome fear? Mmmmmh!!! Yes, you can.

I apparently call it an "unnecessary defaming feeling" which can be defeated. You can overcome it by giving yourself the chance to learn about and gradually thing or situation you’re afraid of. Perceptibly (and safely) facing fear helps to control and conquer fear.

Nobody can help you but yourself. Check within yourself, the key is already in its lock waiting to be opened.
